LDF was simultaneously measured in zone I and zone IV with the flap still connected to the vascular pedicle. Figure 6.2 Patient with minor PFL is shown. Photographs were taken daily with a ruler within the picture to determine the area of PFL. Minor PFL was managed conservatively and had no adverse effect on outcome. 90
